• working towards a sporting achievement, triathlon, running event (including 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon distances).
• working towards a holiday, wedding, birthday or specific event that you want to look and feel fabulous for.
• weight loss and toning including assistance with diet advise
• Rehabilitation from an injury such as ACL injury, back pain, joint strengthening, core stability.
I have been a personal trainer for 6 years now. I started out in London, training people in a variety of gym settings. Since then I have trained in other areas to back up my interest in nutrition and specific areas of interest to me including sports specific training and rehabilitation of sports injuries and ailments that can stop people from exercising.
We moved to Brighton a couple of years ago where I have been teaching swimming and training people in outside spaces as well as working full time as a lifestyle consultant helping people to lose weight with specific diet, exercise and motivation tips.
I am a keen runner and triathlete, competing regularly to keep my training on the pulse, so this is what you will see me doing if I am not training or teaching someone!
