James began working in the fitness industry in 2000. As a former competitive swimmer he has always been passionate about health and fitness and it is this that led him to establish the Phoenix Performance Centre.
James has trained a large number of clients with lots of different goals from weight loss through to managing knee and back pain, one of the areas he is especially interested in is Strength and Conditioning, and he utilises this to train athletes to improve their sports performance.

James believes that exercise should be fun, interesting and challenging and if you can do all three then you are on your way to success!
