Scott began working in the fitness industry in 2006. In that time he has worked alongside several experienced trainers, including GMTV's Pete Cohen and has developed a real passion for helping people realise their full potential. His main areas of interest lie within weight loss/management and in strength training.

I consider myself to be a professional, reliable, honest person and I always relish a challenge no matter what it is. I pride myself in being approachable and understand that everybody is different and I treat every client as the individual they are.

When it comes to training I ensure that sessions are challenging, fun, motivating but most importantly I will support you the whole way and ensure that you achieve the results you want!"
