I want to help you get fitter, lose weight, and feel great about yourself. I personally have been there and I know that it takes persistence, commitment, hard work and plenty of focused effort to get into shape (you don’t get results by thinking about it or making excuses) but if you genuinely want to change and get real results then I can help you. I will work with you to find the best way for you, to progress towards your health and fitness goals, and I will motivate you and inspire you to get there.

I have the skills and strategies you need to get consistent results and ultimately become more confident and skilled with your own nutrition and exercise regimes so that you will feel empowered to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

 

I’ve done it myself, I’ve lost weight, a lot of weight, 10 stone to be exact (140lbs /63.5kgs) and I want to help others do the same, to reach their goals and smash them to pieces. I know how hard it is to stay motivated and how rewarding it is when you do.

 

And this is my job, to keep you focused, on track, and working towards achieving what you want in order to improve yourself physically and mentally. I hope to channel my passion for exercise into helping others gain the same sense of reward and enjoyment that I get from exercise and as such I am currently working towards my Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes management qualification to further be able to assist my clients achieve their weight loss and training goals.

The Phoenix Personal Training offers an unintimidating, motivational training experience.  My aim is to allow you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible during each and every training session, and to give you the flexibility to chose where you train; in the comfort of your own home, in a local park, or in a gym setting, enabling you to gain a sense of achievement and enjoyment from each and every session.

 

I offer one to one sessions that provide a mixture of cardio exercise, weights, mixed martial arts, and strength training, adopting a functional and integrated approach. The training will be tailored to suit your level of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Everyone is different. As a personal trainer I take your individual requirements into consideration and create a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you helpful advice and enable you to reach your own personal goals and to achieve the results you want.
